    I have dash cam video of one of you drivers purposefully impeeding the flow of traffic today, February 14th 2023, at about 10:30 am on the Johnson Creek on ramp of I205. He was hauling a red Nissan Altima, and the tow truck license plate is 24154. This employee of yours should not be driving a civilian vehicle, let alone a compay vehicle. I for one will NEVER use your company’s services after experiencing such out right stupidity. Oh, and before he impeeded the flow of traffic he made an illegal right turn on to Johnson Creek ave from 82nd ave. Legal way to make a right turn onto a two lane road is my turning into the nearest lane, not the furthest lane. Your website says you offer PROFESSIONAL services, that employeed was, is, anything but professional.

    I just have to say you guys are just life savers! I was having the worst day of my life on Monday. I was drivinvg my sons car and it just stalled on the highway near the Redland Rd exit. Lucjiky I was able to pull over to the center median. It was rush hour traffic and people wouldnt even uae the slow lane for safety, I couldnt even get out of my car or Id have my door ripped off. It was crazy and very stressful. I sat in my car for an hour waitmg for traffic to die down, 4 Clackamas Co Sheriffs and 2 Oregon City Police even just drove on by. Then a miricle happened . I saw yellow flashing lights behind me in my review mirror and a man came walking up to me and asked if I needed help. I told him my car wouldnt start so he said let me get you out of here. He told me to wait until it was safe and he escorted me across the street where there was a large pull out and told me to wait there as he pulled his towtruck up to my vehichke and picked it up with his tow truck and he drive it over to me.He got out and asked me if i had anyone to help me and made sure i did before he left and that I was ok! He was the njcest kindest man Ive ever encountered. He just saved my day . It was very very kind of him and I think you guus are an amazing comlany if you have people like that working for you. I am going to spread the word around and if i evr ever need any help again you can bet you Im calling you giys! Is so nice to see that some people still care about others theses days and will go outof tbeir wayt o help others in need. I wish i coukd remember his name because he deserves a Humanitarin Award.
